Johan van den Heuvel awarded for advancements in telecommunications

Dr.ir. J.H.C. (Johan) van den Heuvel has won the prestigious Dutch Veder price for his contributions to the advancement of telecommunications. Van den Heuvel received the award for his PhD thesis obtained in 2012 at the TU Eindhoven and executed in collaboration with Philips. Van den Heuvel, currently researcher at Holst Centre, graduated on “Analog MIMO Spatial Filtering”, or the improvement of signal quality in wireless multiple-antenna systems. Read more
