At the beginning of a new academic year, new notebooks are handed over to the students. We've made special agreements on behalf of reducing theft:

When you see an unknown person on your floor, please ask this person if he has an appointment with someone on your floor. If he can't give an answer, please contact the reception desk at phone 3221. You can send an email to all the employees on your floor to announce this person.

Please be aware of the fact that people can only be arrested by an investigator. Your own safety always comes first!

Furthermore, please keep doors locked and valuables hidden.
